EGYPT off the beaten path
Teresa spent several years in Egypt working and traveling. She's visited most of the attractions on the "must see" list, and discovered that she just like to wander off the beaten path. She has been guiding her friends around the places close to her heaet, trying to show them what is unusual and interesting, showing the true face of Egypt, far from the commercialism that dominates the resorts.
Walid has traveled all over the egyptian deserts, he knows not only the local curiosities, but above all the people who allow us to reach little-known places.
This is kind of our "brand mark" - we go where mass tourists do not reach, providing breathtaking views, a taste of real adventure, unforgettable experiences...
This year we are planning a few trips - whoever wants can join - it will be nicer - we cordially invite you :)

We will introduce you to the history of Egypt from prehistory to the present in a simple, unconventional way. You will see several of the most important relics of material culture, we will enter the oldest pyramids, and we will also set off to the desert, where we will spend three days and two nights contemplating the changing landscape, geological wonders, and at night - the starry sky. For those willing - we will extend the program with a moment of relaxation by the Red Sea

We will look at the beginnings of Christianity through the monuments of the Old Cairo, the beginnings of monasticism on the desert borders of the Natrun and Fayum oases. Along the way, we will touch the most important facts of Egyptian history and culture, but above all, we will immerse ourselves in the desert, spending three days and two nights under the stars. We will experience unforgettable moments visiting the oldest pyramids as well as the cemetery of ancient sea creatures abandoned in the middle of the sea of dunes...

After a brief insight into the history of early Christian Egypt, we will set off for the hermitage of the Church Fathers on the Red Sea, where we will visit the monastery of St. Anthony and St. Paul of Thebes, after which we will travel to Sinai, where at the foot of the Moses Mountain lies the monastery of St. Catherine, the oldest active monastery in the world. For those willing - we will extend the expedition with a few days of hiking in the mountains and valleys around Mount Sinai and a rest by the Red Sea.

Along the way, we will visit the cemeteries of the soldiers died during the battle of el Alamein in WWII, we will rest on the beaches of Marsa Matrouth. We will visit the oasis and its immediate surroundings, we will also go to the desert, to the gates of the Sea of Dunes (the same one that once swallowed the great army of Cambyses)

Payment rules:
1st installment – $400
payable upon registration. This deposit can be returned in the event of a cancellation before the second installment is paid
2nd installment – $300 (7 or 8 day expedition)/ $600 (11 day expedition)
non-refundable deposit, payable no later than 21 days before the start of the expedition
3rd installment – remaining amount
payable in cash on site
NOTE - please make sure that the dollar banknotes were printed after 2010. Egyptians do not respect earlier ones!
If the trip is canceled by us, we will refund the advance payment in full.
